Baked Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

·         200g crushed digestive biscuits

·         100g melted butter

·         500g cream cheese

·         150g sugar

·         2 eggs

·         1 tsp vanilla extract

·         100ml sour cream

Instructions:

1.    Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).

2.    Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into a baking pan.

3.    Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream.

4.    Pour the mixture over the crust.

5.    Bake for 45–50 minutes until set.

6.    Cool, then chill in the fridge for 4 hours before serving.
