Easiest Way to Become a Morning Person
Maybe your alarm kept ringing, or you hit snooze and ended up waking at 11 AM. Or you woke up feeling tired, annoyed, and not ready for the day.
I’ve been there too.
Sometimes, I’m a morning person. Other times, I’m a night
owl. It all depends on how much sleep I’m getting. But honestly, I prefer being
a morning person.
For many years, I used to wake up early. Not because I
wanted to—my mom was my alarm clock. She used to shout at me to wake up for
school. I hated it. Just imagine being all cozy and dreaming, and then
suddenly—someone yelling your name to get out of bed.
After I finished school and went to college, my sleep
schedule got messed up. Classes started around 9 AM or even later, so I stayed
up late and got up late.
But I never felt fresh. My body hurt, my mind was foggy, and
I needed coffee—lots of it—just to feel normal.
I tried to fix it many times. Once, I even followed an Ayurveda’s
routine and started waking up at 4 AM. I managed it… for one day. The next
morning, I got up at 4 again, but went straight back to sleep.
